Furniture Today's Top 100 Furniture Stores - Updated for 2013! , Furniture/Today's Top 100 U.S. Furniture Stores posted a 9.9% increase in furniture, bedding and accessories sales last year as the big continued to get bigger, gobbling up market share in the midst of a slowly improving economic climate.

Top 15 U.S. Bedding Producers 2013 , Furniture Today's ranking of the Top 15 Bedding Producers ranks companies according to 2012 U.S. wholesale bedding shipments. Returns, as well as shipments to Puerto Rico are excluded. Contract shipments are included in figures. Adjustments, including sales allowances and incentives, are also included and are reported in the notes when available.

Home Accents Retail Stars for 2013 , The Retail Stars list recognizes independent brick-and-mortar retailers of home accents, including furniture stores and interior design boutiques, who are creative in their merchandising, contributing to their communities and distinguishing themselves from the competition.

Furniture Today's Top 25 Bedding Retailers 2012 , Mattress specialist Sleepy's retains its No. 1 ranking atop Furniture/Today's list of the Top 25 U.S. Bedding Retailers, with estimated bedding sales last year of $800 million. But fast-charging Mattress Firm, the publicly held Houston-based mattress retailer, is not far behind, with estimated bedding sales last year of $758.5 million. No. 2 Mattress Firm was the fastest-growing bedding retailer last year in terms of percentage growth, with a 39.5% gain. And it also had more dollar growth last year than any other bedding major, adding $214.9 million in bedding sales. In addition, it added 181 stores last year, many from its acquisition of Mattress Giant, another Texas-based bedding retailer, which ranks No. 11 on the Top 25 list.

FurnitureToday's Top 25 Furniture and Bedding Retailers, 2012 , The nation's Top 25 furniture and bedding retailers grew sales 7% last year to a combined $26.14 billion, thanks in part to a bedding specialty store segment that was on fire, the addition of two rent-to own giants to the ranking and another newcomer with the biggest sales increase of all.

Furniture Today's eTailer Report, 2012 , Furniture sales through the Internet increased 5.8% last year, according to comScore, reaching $6.8 billion. Those sales figures translate into the online channel accounting for 8% of total furniture and bedding retail sales. Online' s 2011 growth rate, while lower than the 7.4% experienced by the category between 2009 and 2010, is remarkably strong in the tepid economy and well outpaces overall furniture sales increases.

Furniture Today's Fastest Growing Furniture Stores - 2012 , Furniture Today's exclusive report spotlighting the fastest-growing furniture stores is based on the 2012 and 2011 surveys of the Top U.S. Furniture Stores that appeared in the May 21, 2012, issue. Sales of furniture, bedding and decorative accessories, including lamps, area rugs and wall decor, were used in determining the sales growth leaders, rather than total store revenues.

Furniture Today's Top 20 Furniture Sources for U.S. Market - 2012 , This exclusive report ranks companies according to 2011 furniture shipments to the U.S. Sources on the list must sell into the U.S. market, regardless of whether they have manufacturing, assembling operations or corporate offices in the U.S. Non-furniture and non-manufacturing revenues, such as investment income and retail revenues, are excluded for purposes of the ranking. All figures are for the 12-months ended Dec. 31, 2011 and 2010, unless otherwise indicated.

Bedding Yearbook - 2012 , Our annual Bedding Yearbook provides a compilation of key mattress reports we publish each year. On the producer side, we list the Top 15 Bedding Producers (reprinted from an earlier issue), a closely watched list that tells retailers which manufacturers are moving up and which ones are moving down. The recession and resulting difficult retail climate pulled down outdoor sales for the nation’s largest big box retailers. Collectively, the Top 5 mass retailers, ranked on Casual Living’s exclusive list, posted 2009 outdoor furniture sales of $1.8 billion, down 5.3% from $1.9 billion in 2008.
